Hey! This is not invalid. The solution suggested is just a workaround.
I have the latest version of Tomboy running on Windows 7 with multiple monitors, and the issue is there. Tomboy should be to realize the saved coordinates are out of the current viewport and assign a new default position for the window when. Keeping the window out of display can't be accepted as a default behavior.
