We cant control what packages you decide to download off other sites,
apt handles it the best it can.
If you choose to install random debs off random sites, you need to
accept that this sort of stuff will come up, and that dependancy hell
will often occur.
Obviously, we cant fix the dependancies on random sites - nor would we
want to randomly overwrite files from other packages.
