If you're really stuck, you can workaround the problem like I just did: I manually grabbed the 302.17 nvidia-current and nvidia-current-dev from the xorg-edgers ppa here: https://launchpad.net/~xorg- edgers/+archive/ppa/+sourcepub/2512683/+listing-archive-extra, and manually installed them with dpkg -i.
I knew the packages in the edgers ppa would have to be compiled against the newer xorg to work. :) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1019079 Title: [quantal] nvidia-current-updates needs rebuilt for Xserver 1.12 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-updates/+bug/1019079/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
