of course, cleaned the state of lid sensor, recompiled (tested on few stanby's) 
and then left for couple of hours.
I suppose it's not a sensor trouble but whole acpi subsystem/sensor - my Mint 
stops detecting any AC/battery state changes.
Only pinhole and hairpin are helpful enough :(

But, on the other hand - I just tweaked DSDT again (fixed all warning
and errors), waiting for kernel to recompile again.
