Chowno, if dpms shows enabled, then it is enabled. On mine, sometimes it will show 0 seconds and literally blank out if I don't continue to move the mouse (though on yours this obviously isn't the case). With mine, I've used the trick in xorg.conf.d to disable it too, but it still re- enables itself. One time it was disabled for a week, but it eventually came back. Another time, it only stayed disabled for an hour. With the dpms bug it's literally iimpossible to keep dpms disabled, no matter what you do. I'm still fighting with it.
