The file /etc/resolv.conf is the symbolic link to
/run/resolvconf/resolv.conf. So I've "solve" the problem by removing the
link (sudo rm /etc/resolv.conf) and creating a new file (sudo vi
/etc/resolv.conf). So I have my DNS-client is working O'k even after
rebooting... I know - it's not a right way but I've contented for now...

THIS is the solution. I hope, Canonical will stay on this road, because
I need no further problems.
