Uhm. Something unexpected again happened. v3 now boots fine. Mmm... I tested it twice, so the only difference is that I did not install and than purge v1 and v2.
? Maybe, something happens before init is being invoked. Maybe during the installation process, approximately when update-initramfs is being called? Or, maybe, it's a random problem? I tested the system and it seems to work fine. It usually works perfectly and consistently with kernel version 3.2.0-24... Boh? :) Let me know how can I further help. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1013647 Title: no boot at kernel load 3.2.0-25-generic To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1013647/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
