Szobonya, no, it’s more complicated than that.  The empty __init__.py
file is important to how the Python module loader works.

The solution is for python3-distupgrade to declare ‘Breaks: python3
-update-manager (<< 1:0.165)’ and ‘Replaces: python3-update-manager (<<
1:0.165)’.
