OK,

Here is the funny thing. Maybe it can shed some light.

I was opening this attachment from Evolution. There, when it opens this
doc, it will have the problem. I downloaded it into the Desktop, if I
disable macros, it will display, if it tries to run the macro, it has
the perpetual error. If I download it to from the website via firefox,
it will display without asking me about macros. Strange huh?
