Public bug reported: When opening control center there is no title bar (1st screenshot). When clicking on the window there are 2 title bars (2nd screenshot) of which both disappear on maximizing (same as 1st screenshot). After restoring window it looks correct (3rd screenshot). This is in a VM. Haven't tested on "real" machine yet.
