Hello kikh, or anyone else affected, Accepted libjpeg-turbo into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libjpeg- turbo/1.1.90+svn733-0ubuntu4.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
