Public bug reported:

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Release:        12.04

$ apt-cache policy gpicview
gpicview:
  Installed: 0.2.2-1ubuntu1
  Candidate: 0.2.2-1ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 0.2.2-1ubuntu1 0
        500 http://lv.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3) When I grab and drag an image, it "tries" to drag along, but jumps back to
0,0 still hiding right and/or bottom part of the image. However scrollbars show
as if I had actually dragged the image.

4) When dragging image, appropriate parts of image should reveal.

Issue was not present in Oneiric
