Public bug reported:

When on battery power, my Dell Latitude E6410 freezes after a random
amount of time. It does not matter if it is a fresh boot, or coming out
of suspend. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all, other times it does. The
screen completely freezes, I can't even move the cursor (nor can I
switch to a tty). The WiFi light blinks really fast, which makes me
think it could be a kernel panic. I am using the proprietary nVidia
drivers. I have never had this happen on AC power.

I read another bug report which suggested that Intel Speedstep may be at
fault. I disabled it in the BIOS and this doesn't make a difference.
