I think you're right (though I didn't get this bug), this is the same as
bug 1022029.

In the archive now, the amd64 and i386 packages are in sync, at version
3.9.6-6ubuntu1 .  Has that resolved the problem for everyone?  I think
that should fix it.  Thanks.
