ruby-rspec-core is mostly OK.  Normal stuff checks out.  But it has a
circular dependency with ruby-rspec-expectations and rspec-mocks:

That seems like it's possibly going to cause pain in the future, if they
raise their minimum version at the same time on each other or some such.
Could that maybe resolved with dep8 tests instead of build tests?
