Public bug reported:

I'm using Google Chrome's libpepflashplayer.so & maybe Chromium has not
yet implemented Google's Pepper API fully, i.e. for future support for
Flash.

This is how I got Pepper Flash 11.3.31.103 working in Chromium:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=12072504&postcount=13

Full screen videos mostly work i.e. on YouTube. But I found a video that
sometimes doesn't work when switching to full screen on
http://www.resocialclub.com/

"Press Esc to exit full screen mode."

Full screen mode goes to almost blank screen with no picture on the
video.

If this bug is because of the new Pepper Flash having problems in full
screen, where shall I file this bug then?

I have disabled Flashblock, Adblock & all other extensions from
chrome://settings/extensions.
