That comment wasn't aimed at you personally, more at Canonical in general who promise much but fail to deliver on most of it. I'm not angry, just disappointed as I think if Canonical put more effort (ie money) into development they could make Ubuntu much better, but they don't seem interested. After 4 years I'm very disappointed in their management of the distro. Sorry if my comment seemed like it was directed at you.
