Public bug reported: [Background] Previously(before upgrading to 302.17-0ubuntu1~lucid~xup1), the system has been configured for dual monitors (in TwinView mode. The second screen is rotated to 90 degrees). It worked well until upgrading to 302.17-0ubuntu1~lucid~xup1
[Symptom in new upgrade] The mouse pointer cannot cross the borders of the primary monitor after running xrandr to rotate the second monitor by 90 degrees. Before running xrandr, the mouse pointer can cross the monitor. [Evidence] I downgrade the nvidia-current package to the version of 195.36.24-0ubuntu1~10.04.2. The problem is solved ! ** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-nv (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1027550 Title: nvidia-current problem To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-nv/+bug/1027550/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
