This bug has nothing to do with shimmer-themes. If you're using a Gtk2 theme that doesn't supply Gtk3 support you're basically on your own. We _try_ to only install themes from now on that have a Gtk2 and Gtk3 variant, but obviously users can also install themes themselves that don't have Gtk3 support.
