After upgrading to 12.04 from 10.04, the hibernation stopped working. First, when I hibernate from LXDE, it says "not authorized", and when I "sudo hibernate" from command line, it hivernates and then hungs when resuming, so that I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del and restart from a scratch.
I didn't change RAM or swap file size. The only thing I did was the upgrade of Ubuntu, so this should be a system's issue, and I am reopening this bug. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Expired => New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/448933 Title: [LENOVO 74585FF] thinkpad x200 hibernate/resume failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/448933/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
