Me too. I use the Kubuntu 12.4 release repositories. I tried disassigning the global hotkeys away from amarok and did make custom hotkeys to the clementine dbus calls. But Dbus browser tells me it cant find the listed methods in /player in interface org.freedesktop.MediaPlayer. org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.clementine entrys are also not usable.
