Fix attached.

Marker color should match the line color when created.
If you change the color of a line the markers do not get updated - this gives 
you the option of having markers a different color to the line.
If you want to match the line color after a line color change, unselect and 
reselect the marker.
Markers are unique, a change in one line does not affect others.

This is obviously not a perfect solution, but a first step forward.

Any ideas for improvement more than welcome.


Technical details:
svg:marker top level group fill and stroke attributes both set to line stroke 
color
svg:markers's forked on creation
Unused markers are auto garbage collected
Markers combobox only shows original markers
SVG 1.2 shadowInherit/currentFill/currentStroke not yet supported
