Public bug reported:

update-initramfs hangs when doing a kernel upgrade.  After running:

sudo update-initramfs -k all -u -v

I see that update-initramfs hangs at the following line:

Adding module
/lib/modules/3.2.0-26-generic/kernel/drivers/net/dsa/mv88e6060.ko

update-initramfs hangs here indefinitely. This is affecting kernel
upgrades.
