Problem has been there for me since Alpha 1. It is easy to repeat. I have re-installed since the original - and still get the problem. Simply use UbuntuOne to sync a folder from another device. Then fire up UbuntuOne under Quantal. The folder concerned does not show - nor does the other device. I have four devices syncing with UbuntuOne .....
