I have duped bug 827655 to this report. It could go either way; this report has gotten a little more priority, so I picked it. But bug 827655 had a more complete stacktrace from the re-tracer, so I recommend looking at that.
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/77946856/Stacktrace.txt I'm looking and trying to get some idea of what's going wrong. It looks like one of the (two) 'urlencode' functions in the /usr/bin/indicator- weather script is probably where the crash happens. Perhaps it's getting some odd input from Yahoo. But I have to ask basic questions. Should the python script be able to crash the interpreter like this? Is the real bug maybe in PyGtk or one of these python-to-C binding libraries?
