Sorry guys, must have not explained the bug in enough detail.

Ok the steps to reproduce.

1) Click and hold onto an item in the launcher from the top
2) Drag the item to the right so that it doesn't touch the launcher
3) Drag the item down to the bottom of the screen
4) Note that the item doesn't appear directly above the workspace switcher, but 
above the item above the workspace switcher.

I have attached a screenshot showing the issue.

The left side of the screenshot shows the bug as nautilus is not at the
bottom of the list, when dragging the item outside of the launcher.

The right side is the correct behaviour as the item (nautilus) is at the
bottom of the list, but was dragged inside the launcher.
