Public bug reported:

Hello,

I've got a Dell studio 1558 and I experience the same bug and the same log
("rsyslogd-2039").
Running Ubuntu 12.04 (3.2.0-27).
It seems to happen while the laptop is in heavy load but I'm even not sure
(kind of random). It seems to happen by bursts as well: for 30 minutes, it
would crash every five minutes and then be stable for hours... (maybe more
frequent when booting due to heavay load when booting?).
In consequence, it tend to make my system very unstable.

Is there any workaround yet ?
Good luck with it,
Thank you
