Whoopie, thanks for the patch. There are a few things that should be discussed before I upload it to precise-proposed:
1) Bug #955376 and #986988 need a test case. 2) All three bugs need a regression potential analysis. I guess that regression could only affect the visual appearance of the GNOME panel in the Classic session. 3) Is this package a native package or not? If this package is a native package, then please drop all patches, apply the changes directly, and get rid of the revision in the package version.
