Public bug reported:

I'm trying to buy a software in "software center" . After clicking on
"Buy" button, I'm getting a spinner (loading icon) on top right panel
and "connecting to payment services..." in center of the "software
center". But after a while I'm getting the below message:

Unable to load page

Problem occurred while loading the URL
https://login.ubuntu.com/bp7mRW9B4JKsTCNB/+login
Connection terminated unexpectedly

Try again [button]

When I click on the "Try again [button]", I can see my "Ubuntu single
sign on" session home page. But I'm not take to the payment services
page nor to the software page which i need to buy.

I have also tried it several times and its failing again and again with same
details given above. Sometimes I also get the below message in "unable to load
page":
Problem occurred while loading the URL https://login.ubuntu.com/en/+openid
