Is this still a problem or has it been fixed by more recent updates?
If it is still a problem could you give a little more information to
help us track down the cause of the problem. It might be worth looking
at the list of what updates it is actually waiting to install. I'm no
expert but the fact that the feature refers specifically to security
updates implies that it only works on security updates and not other
types of update (bug fixes etc). I think security updates come from a
specific repository so it may be that this feature only works on those
repositories. I'm not sure how we'd go about finding that out though.
