I've just noticed that somebody or something (Bug Reporting System? Launchpad?) had added "UnreportableReason: This is not a genuine Ubuntu package". Does this mean that my version of Synaptic is not the real one that I should have?
Should I be worried about security? If my package manager is not the real one, then how do I know that what it installs or updates is genuine? Thanks. -- Synaptic - Reload - Error - "Unable to lock the list directory" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/119650 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
