I don't think any new dialog sections are necessary, just rewording. As pointed out, the phrase in English "New partition size" can mean: Size of (the) new partition or New size of (the) partition Just reword it to the latter, maybe adding "in GB" or "in MB". This isn't an issue in most languages so vast amounts of change are unnecessary and would then be redundant in most localisations.
