Looks like it is a duplicate, same basic problem for the keyboard at
least.  Also, today it happened when I woke the computer up by raising
the lid, and didn't happen when I woke it using the power button.  So,
that's strange.

Maybe this is related: very rarely after coming out of standby, typing in my 
password, and the desktop showing up, one of the notification pop-up things 
(typically the "You are now connected to the <name> wireless network message) 
will appear and seem to get focus, with no way to get it back.  When that 
happens, the mouse still moves around, but clicking doesn't do anything, and 
keyboard input doesn't really work either.  The way I found to fix it is to go 
to a workspace with an open window and alt-tab a couple times, after which 
everything's normal again.
Could that maybe be related to this bug (and bug 107725) ?
