For the past 5-6 weeks whenever I used Chrome my computer crashed.
Sometimes everything, mouse, keyboard, programs, just froze but it can
also show a screenful of text describing various processes that led to
the point of no return. the word 'Panic'is the one that catches my
attention. To judge by all the references to similar symptoms that I've
encountered on the net ,it appears that this is a fairly widespread and
long standing problem. I would be happy if I could find some way to
uninstall Chrome. It is'nt in Software Centre so I tried the 'sudo apt-
get autouninstall google-chrome'alternative. Alas, I'm still stuck with
it. Any suggestions would be most welcome. Michael.
