Same here; random glichtes and flickers with Xorg edgers ppa enabled on Ubuntu 12.04 using Unity and the same goes with Gnome 3 as well. Display card: VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)
