  Shortcut Ctrl+Alt+t fails to open a new terminal window. Using this
  shortcut does not do anything.

  #. Press Alt+F1
  #. Press Ctrl + Alt + t

- Alt + LMB (move windows by clicking anywhere on it)
+ Alt + LMB (move windows by clicking anywhere on them)
