Public bug reported:

When I try to log in the onscreen keyboard (onboard) does not appear
automatically. I have to click on the "universal access" button and
uncheck onscreen keyboad and than check it again.

Possible solutions:
1.) Always activate the onscreen keyboad when "onscreen keyboard" in lightdm is
activated
2.) Provide a additional button on the right hand side of the password dialoge
to activate the onscreen keyboad
