Having the same problems with an ASUS CM6870-US-3AB, Intel Core i7 3770(3.40GHz), Intel HD Graphics 4000. After reading the comments I still can't really make heads or tails as to which kernel to upgrade to fix the issue. So whats the final word here? Also, will this be fixed in 12.10?
