Thanks for your comment! You are right, however there are "two levels of 
association".
* It should appear when you have the "Open with" dialog.
* However it should not be associated ("Windows way") with the "extension"

I tried to ask the reporter if neither happens. The second is a bug,
IMHO. YMMV.
