Thank you for taking the time to make Ubuntu better. It seems like this is not an Ubuntu bug but, rather, affects Google Docs. Furthermore, it appears to me that this is (1) not specific to the Ubuntu font (I have confirmed this appearance with "Calibri" in Google Docs) and (2) not even a bug. Rather, my suspicion is that the Google Docs folks are intentionally right-aligning the "bullets" in an ordered list and not left-aligning them. These two are the same only for mono-spaced fonts.
