Public bug reported: >From time to time, I cannot precisely reproduce it, VLC runs two or three >loops over the same segment, usually shorter than 0.5 sec. Only with audio. It usually happens during the first 1 or 2 minutes of playback. Video doesn't loop. The same happens also to LMMS, mplayer (CLI) and Youtube video playback with both Chrome and Firefox. I do understand this could NOT be tightly linked to VLC in its own, but possibly to some library.
