  if I hover over an icon on the unity dash the first time, the tooltip won't 
show up, if i hover the second time it works like expected.
  Sorry I can't give a screenshot because if I press the print key the unity 
overlay seems to be refreshed an the tooltip shows up like normal instantly.
  I think this bug only occurs with proprietary ATI drivers.
