To me, the problem is that kdenlive depends on libmlt5, while openshot depends on libmlt4, but libmlt5 conflicts with libmlt4. Definitely, openshot should be updated to use the new version of libmlt. If I'm not wrong, there is bug open in openshot with status "fix committed".
