dkms remove vboxguest/3.2.10 --all

didn't help, but your hint was pretty good. I had to remove all
virtualbox packages and then delete things from /usr/src and
/var/lib/dkms, then reinstall, to get it working.

No idea where this stuff came from, since there was no package claiming
ownership, and there has never been software on this machine except
through debian-packages. So I don't know where this old stuff came from.
I also wonder why the machine was working well just some days ago, but
failed after recent update.
