Public bug reported:

When reading the documentation from within paraview (select Help -> Help
from the menu), the images are not displayed. There is however the
caption for them (eg. "Figure 1.2 Searching in lists" in the
Introduction section).

The terminal window I started paraview in shows some error messages:
