When installing packages and not all of them were downloaded (e.g. due
to disconnecting from the network), the user is asked whether to
continue installation anyway or not. If I select yes, the window hangs
and takes 100% CPU. I left it running for half an hour, but nothing
changed. No console ouput that seems to be relevant (only some on g-a-i
start).
