* debian/patches:
- 01_fix-mount-and-open: added, let "mount and open" option actually open
a file manager window (LP: #1006733)
- 02_save-config-file: added, save changes when the config dialog is closed.
- 03_use-preferred-filemanager: added, call the exo's preferred file manager
instead of Thunar (LP: #980756)
