apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected quantal running-unity

** Description changed:

Using Ubuntu 12.10 with all updates. Running totem 3.4.3.

Tried playing a song from the Black Mesa Source soundtrack titled "We've Got
Hostiles".
It shows up in totem as three tracks:
  - "We've"
  - "Got"
  - "Hostiles.mp3"

The files cannot be played simply because it thinks it's looking for:

  - "/home/nate/Desktop/BMS - Soundtrack/We've"
  - "/home/nate/Desktop/BMS - Soundtrack/Got"
  - "/home/nate/Desktop/BMS - Soundtrack/Hostiles.mp3"

- After some testing, it's due to the apostrophe. I don't remember this
- being an issue in 12.04.
