@Michael Trausch: paper size fixed... but *probably* still using an A4 template -- this is probably why we see the output running off the page. So the problem still persists (Evolution prints on -- no, FOR -- A4 always).
Now the extra page at the end... this is a different bug. Do you have it open already in LP? Reason I am asking is that we should track one single issue per bug. If you do not have one, could you please open it & give me the bug #? @all: please bear in mind that we do not have -- to my knowledge -- any Evolution developer here. This means we have no option but to upstream the bugs we find.
