This fails because of a long dependency chain, all of those packages cannot be installed: python-gobject -> libglib2.0-0 -> libselinux1 -> libmount1/libblkid1 -> libuuid1 -> passwd. Apparently there is a circular dependency between libselinux1 and passwd. IMHO libuuid1 must not depend on passwd, that seems wrong.
